Since 2001, the law firm of Williams & Williams Attorneys and Counselors at Law, P.L.L.C. has been representing people who have been charged with criminal offenses or injured in accidents. We are a small firm that is focused on obtaining big results.
Because we are a small law firm, at Williams & Williams you will be able to develop a close working relationship with an attorney. On most occasions you will be able to speak to and work directly with an attorney as opposed to an administrative assistant, legal assistant or a paralegal. We do our best to respond to your inquiries within a 24 hour time period. At Williams & Williams, we believe that each case that we accept is worthy of special attention. We will not hesitate to commit the time and effort necessary to get the results that our clients deserve. Our firm’s main office is located at 5318 Highgate Drive Suite 233, which is a part of the Highgate Centre office park complex in Durham, North Carolina. We are located near the intersection of Highway 54 and Fayetteville Road. Our office is approximately three miles from Southpoint Mall. We have been at the Highgate Centre since April of 2013. In September of 2017, we began serving clients at our satellite location at 8480 Honeycutt Road, Suite 200 in Raleigh, North Carolina. This office is located just off of I-540 at the Falls of Neuse Road exit in Lafayette Village.
Our Attorneys
Anthony was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Anthony has been licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina since 1994. Anthony began his career serving as an advocate for North Carolina’s youth, homeless, and low wealth populations through his work in the nonprofit and governmental sectors. Since 2001, Anthony has worked as a criminal defense and personal injury attorney. A 1994 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, Anthony was a Chancellor’s Scholar while attending UNC School of Law. Anthony is also a 1989 graduate of North Carolina State University and he received his Master of Science Degree in Economics from The Florida State University in 1991. Lisa is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Lisa is a former Assistant District Attorney in Durham, North Carolina. Lisa uses her knowledge and experience from being a prosecutor to benefit her clients. Lisa has devoted the majority of her legal career to the area of criminal law either as a prosecutor or as a defense attorney. She has had hundreds of criminal trials in both Superior and District Court during her years as an attorney. In 2015, Lisa earned the distinction of becoming a Board Certified Specialist in Criminal Law through the North Carolina State Bar. This is a tremendous achievement as not many can lay claim to this honor. Lisa is a 1991 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English.
